This is my second pool table from Home Leisure Direct. Excellent quality products and first class delivery and installation. I will have no problem in using this company again.

Excellent service and on time delivery. Can’t find fault.

In my lifetime, I have bought 46 cars. This was by far the worst experience I have had. I believe this organisation struggle to tell the truth within their own working environment. Paint touch-up has been done sir : no it hasn’t. Valet has been done : no it hasn’t, the car was filthy on delivery. We can offer you this finance deal sir : ok, shake hands, buy the car, then 3hrs later the deal is off the table. Now a service light is on saying service due in 30 days : really !!! On a car that cost over £14k. Delivery was delayed by a day because they “forgot” to put the car on charge. This was not a cheap second hand car. I am delighted with the car now that I have done what Peter Vardy had promised to do before I paid the car. Their complaints process refers the complaint to the management of the dealership the car was bought from. This is like turkeys voting for Christmas. Unsurprisingly, nobody has contacted me nearly a week after purchase. My advice is DO NOT go anywhere near this car dealership.
