I obtained valuations from 3 estate agents before choosing Smith and Friends. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable and knew the houses and area well. From start to finish, the girls in the office were excellent too. I felt I’d known Nicola forever after speaking with her just a couple of times, she gave me all the advice and guidance I needed, making the transaction seamless. Rachael was also really helpful. Both my buyers and I received regular calls from her keeping us both in the loop throughout. I never received one call from the agent I was buying from. I would 100% recommend anyone to go with Smith and Friends. Thoroughly deserve a 5* review.

Phoned up 2 weeks ago and ordered my sofa via a very helpful lady (sorry, my memory has failed me with the name). Got my sofa delivered this morning by Matthew and Jon who were super efficient! Turned up half an hour into the 2 hour delivery slot time, took a quick scan of the hallway and room and brought my sofa through quite a tight space without any fuss at all. Pleasant and chatty! First class service all around. Thank you

The driver! Spot on time and a lovely friendly face at the other side of the door! Passed the time of day and he stepped inside to put the items down for me as they were heavy! Good communication too from DPD.

Phoned on Tuesday to report a problem with a recent solar installation. Lindsay answered the call, she was so friendly and sympathetic when I explained what the problem was. She told me she would sort it asap but it may be the next week! She then called me back within 5 minutes and told me someone would actually be out on Thursday morning! They came, they sorted, they went! Excellent service!
