I received a message to say my next…

I received a message to say my next delivery had been confirmed ( I haven't confirmed any delivery). My app keeps stating they can't confirm a delivery slot because I've recently changed address. I've lived in the same place for 13 years.

Had 6 cylinders delivered today NOT 1…

Had 6 cylinders delivered today NOT 1 filled to the correct amount. I would estimate that out of 6 cylinders I only have 4 cylinders worth of oxygen. I rang customer service and was explaining to the operator when I was cut off. Dreadful service.

After returning from a caravan holiday…

After returning from a caravan holiday I was contacted by Air liquide accusing me of 3 cylinder's missing from the caravan. My carer and me both know that the full amount of cylinders were left. The next day another call from them saying that 1 cylinder was missing. I repeated what I had said previously. I had a delivery Tuesday of 6 cylinders 2 are not completely full 1 is completely empty. I have emailed them about the issue with the so called missing cylinders. As yet no reply. Must be costing the NHS a lot of money. I've spoken to my oxygen team about previous issues with air liquide and they have said that they have had a lot of complaints and are looking into it.

My neighbour saw the yodel Driver throw my parcel from my front gate onto my doorstep. His photo of it on my doorstep stated in my safe place???. My safe place is in my storage box as previous have been left. Good job it was only clothing.😡

They ask patients to pick a 2 hour…

They ask patients to pick a 2 hour delivery slot then 24 hours before they change it. They prevent patients from changing the timed slot. I have better things to do than wait around for a delivery. If it happens again then they will have to rearrange a delivery time that I have requested . Delivery driver said that I was not the first to complain about delivery time changes.

I purchased a small radiator at Toolstation on click and collect. I've just collected it at the Gloster Woodrow branch and being disabled (on oxygen) the young chap serving without hesitation carried it out to my car. My whole experience with ordering and collecting was 10 out of 10.

Taken £229. Out of my account despite me telling 2 callers that I want to cancel my renewal subscription. Just keep going round and round in circles. I've filled in a online complaint form regarding the renewal. I can't afford this now. I feel like I've been robbed 😡

I reported a scammer on Facebook using their report platform. They replied they would look at the post. Had a update today they have not withdrawn the post as they are busy sorting out bigger world problems. Just goes to show they don't give a dam . So be warned if you are scammed on Facebook they have bigger world problems than to bother looking after your security.

Late delivery slot.

Had a problem before with late evening time slot which is no good to me. Now they have done it again 8.41 pm this was changed from 8.pm the day before. I've taken my meds and gone to bed at 8 pm. Will have to contact my consultant and see if they can get a different supplier.😡. Keep sending messages that I can't reply to. Try to get me to reorder medication when I have 6 weeks left. They know my dosage and when last delivery was. SIMPLE TO WORK OUT.

Reported several static caravans for sale with the price clearly displayed at the headline. However when reading through the description you eventually come to a statement that says figure displayed is deposit only. eBay replied to my report saying advertiser had NOT broken advertising standards.

Incorrect price on shelf for kingsmill…

Incorrect price on shelf for kingsmill 50/50 bread at Quedgeley store. Shelf price is £1 saving 30p off normal price. I self scanned my loaf and incorrect price displayed. I spoke to one of 3 operators standing chatting. He corrected the scanned price I said to him that the issue should be sorted on the system. He just laughed and walked back to the other operators and carried on chatting. 😡😡😡😡😡

Wanted a tumble dryer. Looked online the only one's I was interested in were only available for home delivery. No delivery too my local store. Minimum £25 delivery charge. So I'm expected pay more so they can have less warehouse space for stock. 😡😡😡. If they can deliver to me why not the store. Rip off.

5 weeks without a working sim card

5 weeks without a working sim card. Different departments send you around in circles. So called a technical issue with the sim. still want my money. Im suffering with mental issues and shingles due to the terrible way they treat people. I've spent £35 on a EE temporary dim up to now. Tesco offered 700 club points. I've offered to have a different number to bypass the sim issue. No reply. I think they want me to end my contract and pay a cancellation fee.

Dreadful customer services

Dreadful customer services. Telephone mast keeps failing unable to use Internet. Customer services said that their is no problem with the Transmitter despite several people complaining that they had no signal. Customer services appear to be untruthful. Open reach are now working in the area. Will go to another provider when my contract ends. Say they have sent me a new sim. They have deactivated my present sim. No new sim received had to go to EE for a temporary they have now sent 3 sims in total none have arrived.update. 4th sim arrived correct address but for some unknown reason different postcode which explains why I haven't received previous sims. Royal mail were asked to spend more attention to address details. 4 sim does not work. Local tesco mobile shop have made a report to upper management. Waiting to see what happens. Update now 10th September still no working sim customer service just go round and round. Have suffered mentally and stress causing shingles. I have stopped emailing and messaging through the app because it just winds me up. Absolutely disgusting service.

Terrible signal recent no phone or…

Terrible signal recent no phone or Internet for a week. Tesco say engineers working on a mast?. Even when I check on signal it states everything working well?. When I do a speed test results are speed is very slow?. Customer services just tell lies. Have to wait until may 2024 for my contract to end.
