Where is my order? I made the order two weeks ago, and I am still waiting

The clothes were gorgeous. However, the delivery took too long, even when it was paid for.
Would have given a 5-star if I got free delivery.

Your delivery charges are too high. Even if ordering to deliver to your shop, it is still a lot to pay for delivery. Your delivery fee is higher than most other clothing and footwear shops. You need to look into your delivery fee. Also, although the delivery costs much more than other retailers, it still takes a significant time for the item to be delivered, which doesn't make sense at all.
In addition, you do not offer student discounts, which most other and similar retailers offer. So I am not happy with the service.

LetAlliance is causing me depression, Stay Away From them, avoid them like a plague. They coerce you into signing a contract and in turn, use it against you.
Firstly, I was coerced into agreeing to a nill deposit scheme that I know nothing about. I was tricked into signing a contract with them as the only way of renting a property. After I moved into the property, I made a claim of disrepair which they refused to do anything about, there was no insulation in the property, and several times I got ill as a result of living in a house where the condition was as low as 2 degrees in the house even with the heating on. The situation lead to massive health issues for me and Let Alliance did not get involved, instead they directed me to the Letting Agents, Wards of Kent. I had to leave the property because of the issues affecting my health. I made sure the property was in great condition after I have left. Today LetAlliance contacted me and told me that I have to pay over a £1500 for cleaning carpets in the property, and they also told me that I have no choice and must pay that money, and even pay another £240 to prove that the carpets were clean when I left and there was no damage caused by me to the property. Isn't that ridiculous? This company is not only shady, but they will try to rip your off, forcing you to sign different things just to make sure you get accommodation, they do it in such a way that f you do not sign the documents then you will become homeless. Stay away from them. I will be following this matter Legally. But please if you are reading this, I strongly advice that you consider other options. Do not use LetAlliance under any condition.
