An excellent service given

An excellent service given by Home Leisure! Jake in the showroom spent many weeks helping me with the best options which was a great help to get the right pool table. Then delivery was on time with clear communication and Neil & Aaron who fitted the table did a great job without any hassle to me and all rubbish removed. Thank you

DO NOT TOUCH!!!!

Again same as others... cancelled the event and then offered an alternative in a different Town!
Keep saying it's in their Terms and we can't have a refund but we haven't signed any!

Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no items

Ordered 6 weeks ago and still no items! Called after 3 weeks and told missing 2 items from the (circ £600) order. Apparently they don't split orders so wouldn't send the items they have in stock.
No-one called to say they don't have the items in stock when I first chased as apparently they are busy.
Given a new date and again just called and items still not arrived in stock.
Once again no update to say there is a delay!
No point having a customer service department if you don't update the customer!
