The equipment is fine, but customer service is dreadful. It is virtually impossible to speak with anyone about rectifying a fault, emails remain unanswered, and you're directed to a non-existent live chat or WhatsApp facility. The individual employees maybe fine, but the Company overall needs an urgent overhaul or it will go to the wall as a result of so many dis-satisfied customers.

We've just completed a new build property and in our search for help with the heating and ventilation systems, came across Total Home Environment. I don't often write reviews, but I have to say the service we received was excellent. The advice was friendly, thorough and impartial, they oversaw the design for both the MVHR and heat pump set up, and provided me with really good support during the installation phase. I would recommend them unreservedly!
