Misleading subscription and unusable results for photo animation

Review:

I subscribed to Runway for €17 per month because I wanted to animate old family photos and bring them to life in a respectful, realistic way.

What I discovered after paying is that this is not really a “monthly” subscription — it is only 625 credits, which allows for just 4–5 attempts. Every try costs 125–225 credits, even when the result is clearly wrong.

The most disappointing part is that credits are taken even when the output is badly distorted. For example:

In one photo, my grandfather’s arms disappeared completely

In another, my daughter was given a third hand on her coat

My brother’s fingers were mixed up

Faces were often warped or unnatural

These are not small imperfections — these are broken and unusable results, especially painful when you are working with precious family photographs.
Despite this, credits were deducted every time, and there is no option to redo or correct the generation without paying again.

The system keeps the generated copies, so it is clear what was produced, yet the user is charged again for trying to fix obvious errors.

The advertising is also misleading. It is presented as a monthly subscription, but in reality it is just a limited credit pack that runs out very quickly.

I did not buy this to play with random effects — I bought it to gently animate old photos of my family, and instead I ended up losing money and being left with distorted images.

This is not written out of anger, but out of disappointment.
Please be more honest about what users are really paying for.

I am extremely disappointed with Tommy Hilfiger’s customer support.

I contacted the online chat today with two very basic questions:
– why Klarna payment is not available, and
– why a clearly advertised 40% discount on orders over €70 was not applied to my €84 order.

I was connected to an agent but waited over 30 minutes with no response at all. No one joined the chat, no explanation, no help — nothing.

This is the first time in 4 years that I feel so disappointed with this brand. Such a level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. I have screenshots proving the waiting time and lack of response.

One star only — purely because of the total lack of respect shown to customers.

I'M DISAPPOINTED.
The thing is, it says SHOPSTA IE.
That means Ireland. I bought the camera because we were going on vacation and I needed it urgently. I overpaid, thinking it would arrive quickly from Ireland since we live there. In fact, it's from China and still in transit. And these cameras are half the price on Tema and AliExpress.

I've read a lot of negative reviews, but our personal experience was completely different, and frankly, we're very satisfied.

Our order was shipped from France to Ireland by sea, and we could easily track all the updates on the DB SCHENKER website—everything was simple and reliable.

Delivery to Dublin took 11 days, and the packaging was perfectly intact. Everything was handled with care and respect for the customer.

Although the tracking system showed an estimated delivery date of October 15-21, we received our order today—October 10, 2025!

That's why we give them 5 stars.
In our experience, they truly deserve it—for their hard work, reliability, and excellent service.

P.S.
To those who are waiting and doubting, here's my advice. DB SCHENKER doesn't always send automatic updates, so don't worry if you don't receive emails from them.

You'll only need your tracking number.
Go to their official website, click "Get delivery updates," enter your email address, and you'll receive the most accurate information about the current location of your package.

You can also check your shipment history, which clearly displays all the details of your shipment.

I have been a long-time user of ChatGPT and a Plus subscriber. My experience with GPT-4o was very positive: it was stable, remembered details for weeks, and allowed me to continue important projects without constantly repeating myself. I could keep diaries, legal notes, insurance documents, and even personal archives — and ChatGPT would recall names, dates, and details, even months later. It felt like a reliable partner I could trust.

With GPT-5, everything changed for the worse. The memory is gone, continuity is broken, and every new day feels like starting from zero. Instead of stable support, I constantly receive wrong advice, confusion, and then apologies. Important context disappears, even within the same conversation. It is frustrating and emotionally exhausting.

Developers clearly focused only on their own vision of the “new model” without thinking about people who built projects, saved records, and relied on ChatGPT as a memory tool. What took months or years of careful work with GPT-4o is now simply lost. Even personal diaries I wrote for my family and future generations have become impossible to continue.

Many users, like me, subscribed because GPT-4o offered real help, stability, and trust. GPT-5 has broken that. Now it feels like a downgraded chatbot that forgets everything, gives inconsistent answers, and cannot be used for serious work. For jokes and small talk, maybe it is fine. But for professionals, students, writers, or anyone who needs reliability — it is useless.

I already cancelled my Plus subscription. Paying for something that no longer works as promised makes no sense. Developers should have carefully considered the impact on users before forcing such changes. Right now, GPT-5 is a huge disappointment and a step backward.

OpenAI ChatGPT5 model

I used ChatGPT Plus for a long time and want to share my honest experience.
When the GPT-4o model was active, it was a true assistant.

I could work on serious topics and documents, and it remembered everything.

I could return the next day and continue right where I left off, without repeating myself.

GPT-4o helped with analysis, detailed explanations, and structured thinking.

Most importantly, it remembered even months back. Archived chats, diaries organized by dates and months, projects with notes and calculations — everything was there when I needed it.

For example, I was keeping a diary for my grandson, so he could read it when he grows up. GPT-4o supported me in this — it helped structure, remind, and connect days into chapters.

With GPT-5, all of this is gone.

There is practically no memory: you have to repeat yourself every time.

Even if you remind it, the model fails to capture the meaning of past conversations.

The advice is often inaccurate: first it recommends something, then apologizes for being wrong.

Long projects are impossible to maintain — there is no continuity.

It feels like the developers prioritized their own perspective of releasing GPT-5 but didn’t think about the people who actually depended on GPT-4o. Many of us built projects, kept records, archived chats, and even stored precious memories there.

Now all of it is lost.
And it’s not just technical loss — it’s emotional too. For many, GPT-4o was not only a tool but a trusted partner, even a friend. GPT-5 reduced that into a simple chatbot with no memory.
I canceled my subscription. The free version is enough for small talk, translations, or jokes. But for serious work, there is no reason to pay anymore. Developers should have thought carefully about the consequences before replacing GPT-4o with GPT-5, because people lost both important projects and their trust.

No order, no refund money within 1 month

No, No, and No again!!!! My comments are being deleted. I'll write briefly now. They're not delivering the goods, not refunding the money, not even informing me about the order. Just promises.
I placed an order with Rathwood and paid in full (around €240). The company promised delivery by a certain date, but the item never arrived.
Instead, I received only false promises and endless "apologies."

📌 Rathwood has 95% negative reviews on Trustpilot, and they're all the same: money taken, no delivery, no accountability. This isn't a mistake.

❗ Important: These companies only continue to operate because people don't file formal complaints.

Slow to sort orders for Ireland

Recently they have started to work irresponsibly. Long waiting time for delivery. Orders arrive in the country at the customs point in 3-5 days. After the customs check in Ireland is released, the order is almost 2-3 weeks on the way to Dublin and handed over to the courier. This is simply absurd.
