Disabled girl kicked out!!!

The Devonshire Inn, Skipton. My teenage son & his registered disabled girlfriend got TOLD TO LEAVE because of her service dog!! APPARENTLY they have new rules and don't allow service support dogs in?! I thought that was against the law!!! Absolutely disgusting attitude from wetherspoons!!!

AVOID- NOT legitimate. You pay: China Returns @£20+ & Customs & import tax!!

Be VERY AWARE: NOT a LEGITIMATE Business- DO NOT BOTHER> although my husband said his underwear is comfy & soft, my 17yr son didn't agree. They 'claim' they allow returns...Yet, the return system is an expensive NIGHTMARE! & Info not provided.
The address is an individual person, the first return form gave an address in a vegetable market.!! the 2nd form gave a Motor vehicle shop, for starters! ALL 6 international curriers I tried to use, ALL asked for a 'personal Tax ID' to show the legit of this company. They will NOT provide one!. BUT have said I the returner MUST ALSO PAY :Customs & Import Tax..! WHY? They still have not provided all the info, TAX ID needed for the return/import to be allowed. By the time they responded saying 'I'd to pay all the tax costs as well as return shipping', I've now passed the return cut off time! I was quoted £20-£45 plus customs/import tax to return something at £33.. and they say 'they will examine the items, and IF they decide to accept the return, only then will I be refunded. I would receive £5-£10 refunded after costs!
They also claim to keep costs down they only have one warehouse in China, yet I keep getting different addresses for the return, and as you see below are odd. return info provided for you to see:

We do mention in our Returns Policy that returns go to our fulfilment centre in China. While we don’t always list the full address upfront, we’re transparent about where returns are processed. Customers are also made aware that return shipping and any customs or import fees are their responsibility.

You might notice two different return addresses—that’s because our warehouse recently moved on July 4th. Both addresses are valid and part of our official process.

That said, it’s a little disappointing to see the company’s legitimacy questioned based solely on where the warehouse is located. Our fulfilment partners are trusted logistics providers used by many global brands. Judging us on the return address alone doesn’t reflect the quality of service and care we put into looking after our customers.

We also want to highlight that we don’t expect returns in all cases—often, we’re happy to send a free replacement in the correct size without needing the original back. We’re here to make things right and to help wherever we can.

We hope this helps clear things up and shows the commitment we have to our customers.

NOT 5* by any measure.. 3* at best!

Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa. Rhodes, Kiotari. This huge hotel is VERY tatty/tired. The chain 'claim' it is a 5* resort on the Lindos chain sight, as does the Hotel sign. Jet2 say 4*+ BUT it is 3* at best.
We had a Suite with private pool, for 1 week, costing 6mths of my salary for it! not worth even half that. The shower & cubical were mouldy, wires uncovered and hanging off things, the bed headboard was broken and the covering was all hanging off. The word 'suite' means - 'many rooms' meaning areas with doors/privacy. The '2nd bedroom' is directly in from the main entrance door, with a sofa bed just in the open lounge area, so not private at all.
The main door has a 2 light system for 'clean my room/do NOT disturb' YET 3 times it was on 'do not disturb' BUT the cleaner walked straight in 'no knocking' twice my son was getting changed and a 3rd time he was still in bed.. Hence why it was on 'do not disturb' a JOKE! so rude of her.
We could not access our room until 4pm, even though it was supposed to be 3pm. as we had been up from 2am it was not good enough.
AI have 3 x A la carte restaurants meals, but on accessing the App on arrival (they don't grant access until check-in) there was zero availability all week. the Jet2 rep told us we needed to book earlier! all at the meeting complained but the Rep just said "you need to book earlier' We complained to Guest relations and he first said there was nothing, we argued 'not good enough, we need a manager' then he got us in 2 of the 3!! HOWEVER, on going to the Mexican restaurant at 8pm only 3 tables out of 15 had guests at them!!! I took photos as proof to complain! absolutely a JOKE!
Then the 2nd one was the Steak house, table booked at 8.30pm and we got our food at 9.45pm!!!!!!! they closed at 10pm Crazy. The food was 'Outstanding' But the service & system was diabolical.
Main reception, main restaurant & main pool are spotless. REST OF HOTEL HAS BEEN FORGOTTEN! the Suites shared pool was very dirty, green slime around the edge and on tiles, lots of missing tiles, not cleaned the whole week, its has grit and plant debris in the bottom, all still there when we left! 1 customer cut his foot badly on a broken tile and went to hospital. The Lindos chain is big, this hotel is big BUT no money is being put back in and the place is very tatty/tired (i have photos of everything) staff work very hard but are minimal.
*There is no 'pack lunch' system available. Usually available on even a basic half board holiday!
*The snack Wok bar served a box of lush noodles, But only gave '3' small pieces of chicken in it. this is AI.!
*The In-room mini bar is empty! normally on AI it is stocked with water, soda & local beer & replenished.
*There is no free Spa session (as standard everywhere else I have been to as AI)
*There is no scuba lesson (a norm every other hols I've been on)
*This hotel offers a 'less than basic standard'!!
I would not recommend this hotel to my enemy let alone a friend! We went to a 5* in Kos 2 yrs ago and that WAS 5*+ everything there was immaculate and pristine which is what you expect at this calibre of price. I could go on and on!
A good thing, we luckily only booked for 1 week.

Parcel arrived open/damaged

Parcel arrived open/damaged. Its a food hamper so the broken seal effected the food. The driver was amazing. Taking a photo of it, and carried it inside my door as it was heavy.

Is there anyone working there??

Ordered 3/12 email says "Your order is being handled more lovingly than a new-born puppy. We’ll let you know when it’s been passed to the postie" and 3-5 day delivery.. Now 11/12 and still not had an email saying its even been dispatched yet, and due to so many post strikes I am not expecting it to arrive my xmas now!! not impressed.
