Ive used these a lot as a joiner doing…

Ive used these a lot as a joiner doing media walls and kitchens etc.... and although i have no issues previously the 1 time i do have an issue and had to speak to customer services i found this very poor indeed, very rude, very defensive for no reason accused me of lying told me ive phoned the wrong number.

simply i bought some black LED strip profile with the black profile indert, and this is sooooo bad it lets no light through so ive left the customer with no cover over the lights until resolved, i phoned last week and spoke to a lovely lady who listened and took all my details and some someone will contact me to discuss, it wasnt even a complaint it was feedback and the hope that they could send me some clear profile diffusers to resolve the issue?

cut to today and iven not heard anything so i called again to a guy who answered the phone so i breifly told him that a spoke to a lady last week, he cut me off and said we dont have any females work here youve got the wrong number or your mistaken who you ordered from? i said i wasnt and 100% no where i bought from as i had the invoice in my hand, i explained it was a lady and im not mistaken and after back and to of him telling me im wrong it turns out they have a virtual assistant company that takes messages (how is a customer supposed to know that when they answer the customer services number) i sepnt 7 minutes on the phone to this lady who said she wasnt technical and someone will phone me back.

anyway explained the profile diffuser was poor in black and blocks all the light out so renders them pretty much useless, he basically said tough theyre not very good - to which i got angry and said his customer service was Sh!* i was about to place a £600 order for some other equipment in the hope he would offer a small discount to reflect the fact i would need to buy £30ish of extra profile to rectify the poor product choice. or send some channel out, i wanted to speak to them first as i knew i had another order to place so therefore trying to order as 1 incase they offered free product replacemnt it would actually save them footing the delivery bill and could send complete with my other order.

now i will place the order with another company and in the vague hope that people who read this review it will deter people from ordering from places with poor customer services which is a trend that is all to familiar with online companies these days.

£30 or the equivilant discount would have kept a customer for a long time now it appears i will shop elswhere.

Terrible customer service and total lack of communication

Terrible customer service, I still haven’t received the wall lights I purchased on 18/11/2022, I have not been kept informed and have had wait in long phone queues to speak to someone and find out where my order is.

I have an electrician booked that charges £200 and now have no lights for them to fit and will have to pay them to visit again and be charged again, and you have offered a £10 voucher as compensation!

Appalling service and communication, if I’d been told my lights wouldn’t be arriving when they should have been I would have had chance to cancel the electrician and reschedule.

I will be taking this complaint further.
