Ordered a dress but didn’t suit me sent it back but had to wait over a week for my refund. Contacted customer service who where very quick to respond gave them my order number and they where able to keep me updated step by step on when I would recieve my refund. I now received my money today with no hassle and overall was pleased 😊

If I could give zero stars I would!! Worse company I have ever bought from and will most certainly never be buying from again! Ordered an item last month (9th of October) returned on the 16th and still waiting for a refund which they said was on the way and clearly isn’t!! Customer service is no help either as they don’t want to help or track your order! This company should be shut down as they don’t stand over their refund policy!! I will be sure to let everyone know to avoid this company as they are robbing thieves!!!
