Yesterday at Leeds station I encountered a driver from hell ! He used his position of power to dehumanise me . Even his colleagues, the security he had called upon to remove me from the coach apologised to
Me for his behaviour! He even shoved a passenger who tried to give a non biased view of the situation and told him his opnion does not matter .
