Had an issue with a motor blind I purchased a year ago.
They sent out a replacement motor immediately after i contacted them and was very helpful every step of the way.
Customer service was excellent from start to finish.

Placed order for £83 online.
After waiting 7 days, there were no updates other than the original order confirmation.
Tried calling their 'customer service' number which looks like a mobile, but no answer.
Sent email to their 'Sales' team, no reply.
Filled in online query form on their site, no response.
Have had to contact my credit card company to now get the money back.
Not sure if the company exists anymore, but the site is still taking money, so be careful

I took out the full tank option after being told the fuel would be charged @ 10p per litre lower than the national average. The mercedes I hired had a tank size of 43L. The full tank option was £77. This equates to £1.79 per litre for unleaded...I could fill the car up for £1.41 at the BP station next door to the Poole Europcar centre.
I phone up customer service to confirm if the car was returned with a full tank, the the full tank option would be refunded. I filled up the car on the day of return (39L with the tank still 1/4 full). The BP petrol station is right next door to Europcar.
When I got the invoice, I was still charged £77 for the full tank option and now customer service claims the car was 'NOT' full when I returned it and will not give me a refund.
The full tank option was sold to me based on false price promise. They are now lying about the amount of fuel in the car and won't confirm how much was in the car when I returned it.
