Horrible Company

Horrible Company, They state the wrong sizes on their website and then charger you £3.50 for a return! shocking slow delivery, which took almost a month. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I am afraid we do not offer free returns for items on site. This is in order to keep our prices as low and clear for all our members as opposed to incorporating these costs within higher prices on site

Pretty Awful Experience and a Waste of Money!!

We had an absolutely terrible experience with this surveyor, we are first time buyers so we went for their top package to get a detailed survey for peach of mind. What we actually received was a 'template' report. I bet they use the same template for all their surveys. Its 100 pages or so, with padded out basic information such as 'Electrics - These are used to power your house' and Wikipedia definitions of 'gas', 'windows' etc. We know what they bloody are lol. Next, to safeguard themselves absolutely everything has the caveat of 'we recommend an electrician review the electrics' this is the same for the gas, windows, water, plaster etc. I'm not even sure what we have paid for but this is definitely not a survey report in any way for the house we are considering, a complete waste of time!!!!! If you want a 100+ page 'template' report which recommends you get a specialist to look at everything, then go with these guys.
