Disgusting postage fee for a plastic bag
The part I bought was very good and I am pleased with it BUT was really disappointed that you charged me over £12 for posting and packing and it arrived in a plastic bag. Disgusting that you would charge so much for a £3 service. Will really make me shop elsewhere in future.

I am really disappointed to see that following your purchase, we only achieved 2 stars for you based on the shipping alone. Although I am pleased to see that you had received your item the next day after dispatch.
I have no record of you contacting us directly since receiving this item 10 days ago. The website had automated your shipping based on weight and value and I can see that although £12.48 was charged for a courier service (in which actually costs us £18 but we swallow that additional charge) your item was in fact dispatched by the packing team with Royal Mail instead.
We send all items on a tracked and signed for service. Your service was in fact £5.55 (not a £3 service). I have refunded £6.93 against your order so that should go back on to your card shortly for you.
