Why ?? Shocking

Must have been a different delivery person this week - last week person excelled - this week they need sacking. My regular delivery person will put parcels in my porch which I leave unlocked if I know I will be having a parcel. The last one threw my dress over the gate to back garden in pouring rain - dress wet through - neeeded for mother of the Bride - not impressed at alllll 🙀😮😮😮😮

Very good couriers in my location

Actually very good with my deliveries lately. Despite other people’s bad reviews in our area I can’t fault them. They always know to put in my porch if I’m not in - I leave it unlocked when I know my delivery is scheduled. Always on time and packaged as left the supplier

Absolutely awful- please sort asap

Absolutely awful. I ordered a wedding Fascinator which was packaged badly and hence was squashed and flattened out of shape. Returned -( had to pay return postage) wanted an exchange if possible - return procedure is shocking -still I have not had an exchange or refund. This needs addressing asap. I would never shop here again

Not impressed with how it was packaged

Lovely coat and fits well but very disappointed how it as packaged - a bit like a crumpled blanket. I still have it hanging up to see if the creases come out - otherwise I will send it back as it was expensive and should not have been delivered as it was

Arrived on time even tho ordered at last minute- the day before! They were left the in the safe place as requested and were absolutely beautiful, my sister in law loved them

Excellent service from the Installation company. Great recommendation for the model purchased as easy to programme and use - even by my 90 year old dad !! Highly recommend.

Where’s my order gone???

I received confirmation that my order for the cushions was ready to collect at a Argos the other side of Nottingham (as the store locally which I normally use were out of stock) When we arrived they kept us waiting as they couldn’t find them despite knowing what they looked like. I had to go back later and I couldn’t get them so they just gave me a refund which didn’t show in my bank until several days later. Not impressed with the service and incompetence of the staff at the Arnold store. Disappointed too that I couldn’t get these cushions which would have matched my new kitchen perfectly.
