Great durable toys. Superb customer service

The toys are great fun and our kid loves them. She still plays with some bits from the very first box we got.

A special mention for the support who were extremely helpful, fast, and pleasant to deal with when I needed to.

Plainly lying on the website about delivery times.

As per the majority of reviews, they're always slow to deliver. The webstore explains that their books will be dispatched in 1-3 business days, as usual it took much longer (8 working days in this case).

It guess it pays to be dishonest about delivery times and burn your customers' trust than it does to be truthful...

Unclear delivery times...

Delivery options don't take into account the fact that the item might not be in stock. No indication when ordering that it might take weeks for the item to arrive despite choosing "1-2 days delivery time". This is borderline dishonest.

Another disappointed customer

Even though I ordered over two weeks ago and was assured my package would arrive before Christmas, I have just now been informed that it will not. Regardless of the Christmas rush, Adlibris's delivery times are just too slow in this day and age; you should be able to achieve 2-3 delivery instead of 7-10 days (or in my case NINETEEN). Pick up your game!
