Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty
This year alone, I’ve spent over €1,000 with Bizay — but the last part of my order, worth around €100, never arrived. Despite paying for express delivery with a guaranteed deadline of May 2nd, today is June 12th, and there's still no parcel.
I reported the issue for the first time on May 22nd and received an automatic reply promising support. Unfortunately, no real action was taken. The live chat on the website is useless, and each follow-up complaint is met with the same automatic email and no actual resolution. No one follows up. No one takes ownership.
The parcel tracking doesn’t work — the shipment doesn’t exist in any system, yet the order status still says “in distribution.” That’s absurd.
This is nothing like the customer experience Bizay used to offer. Two years ago, when a package with my business cards went missing, the support team was quick to react — they added credit to my account and helped me reorder immediately. That’s why I kept coming back.
But now? Something has clearly changed — for the worse.
Bizay, either deliver the products or refund the money!
Warning: I was a regular customer and recommended Bizay many times. But based on this recent experience, I can no longer do that in good conscience.
