The website shows good pricing and it seems to have good products, but definitely, bad communication and no respect for the customer make me feel the order might not be as colorful as in the manifest and pics.

I do not understand behaviour and attitude of Adam who has been my contact. After 12 yrs in customer care, my NPS rating based on experience with him is 0....

Anyone might have a bad day, too many things on his head or even may have as many customers that he don't need any one more, but first line contact behavior stands for the company they represent.

To summarize - the company's policy is that you should arrange your pick up within 2 days from placing your order or otherwise it'll be cancelled but Adam hasn't been able to provide me with the details of the goods, weights and dimentions of the pallets since Friday Morning till Monday's end of the day (the order has been placed on Thu).

And after I emailed the company again requesting these details untli 09:00 Tuesday morning or I would have to cancel the order I received the following reply: "Order has been cancelled, and your account has been closed, cheers"

Hello, we do require collections done within 48 hours as we need to maximise the flow of our warehouse of goods in and goods out. However, due to you being in Poland, we made an exception as there is more work to be done to prep such an order. We had asked you many many times to bear with us and be patient while we got the data for you, yet you still constantly badgered us with questions on the product. When you emailed us to say you will cancel the order if you did not get the data, I spoke with my warehouse manager whom informed he would not be able to get the data by your own self imposed deadline. So, we cancelled the order per your own request. Your account was closed as this would be an ongoing issue and we do not want to waste your time or ours on this.
