Tempest brolly and accessories were processed quickly and secured together well. These have been checked but due to change in temperature have not been used yet. Mail24 took three days despite message from mail saying they were being delivered next day, when they did not arrived I checked there tracking which showed them sat in Coventry distribution centre for a 24hr rest before delivering two days later. Not Gerry’s tackle fault at all just poor delivery service which seems the norm nowadays

Although we waited for this delivery with the lights on it did not arrive. I received an email saying it had been delivered and left by door. I took a torch and checked outside. I checked the house next to us on the main road and there was the parcel in full view on their doorstep. They were also in but were not aware it had been left. The two houses next to use have illuminated house numbers so no excuse for this. This is not the fault of hotelchocolat but frustration with couriers who can’t read a house number or be bothered to ring

Arrived during the hour they had given that morning, what more could you ask.
