I ordered and paid for two drennan top…
I ordered and paid for two drennan top kits on 3rd may 2026 and expected deliver within 8 days. After 3 weeks I contacted Gerry’s who said that there was only one kit in stock and asked if I wanted the one kit as they had contacted drennan direct. I haven’t heard anything or taken delivery. I have not had any update or contact with Gerry’s. Communications are very poor.

I have tried both the 3 pronged and 2 pronged dongle rig bait wrappers and they are excellent. They are both easy to use and produce a neat well balanced bait that’s presented under the hook. I wouldn’t be without them now.

Brought new fishing holdall from Gerrys. Informed that it would take between 8-15 days for dispatch. Holdall arrived as described. Excellent bag, and I must say Gerrys is my go to shop when I need gear.

NO ITEM RECEIVED AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Brought a Penn Tidal fishing rod online over a month ago (14th Jan) which still hasn’t been dispatched (19th Feb).
after not hearing anything about the item being dispatched within the delivery time frame of 8-15 days I contacted Gerry’s via email.
Gerry’s replied to my email and said that there was an issue with my item and it had to be ordered in (there was no communication from Gerry’s to inform me of this).
I proceeded with the order and expected to wait a further 2 weeks which has now exceeded that time frame. my item has still not been dispatched and I still haven’t received any communication despite emailing and messaging on Facebook requesting an update.
Terrible customer service and I will not be using this company again.
Quick enough to take the money but no end product which has left me having to get the bank involved to retrieve my payment.
In the end I used VMO, no having to wait a two week delivery period, great service/ communication and my item was sent and delivered to my door within 2 days.
