The order arrived late

The order arrived late , no tracking that worked. One of the blinds was broken the part just kept falling out and the blind falling to the floor making it creased. They said they were sending replacement parts and they have not arrived, I asked for a replacement blind as this one is creased they didn’t reply.
Very disappointed in this company i wouldn’t recommend them or use them again

Waited in 2 days for a delivery

Waited in 2 days for a delivery, excuses, excuses there are no excuses. This is hardly the first time. Amazon have become to big and think they can do what they like when they like. Prime is being increased in price, you can get great delivery from plenty of others on line it is time now to leave Amazon go elsewhere and hope a new company will take over the reins from Amazon , fingers crossed for the establishment of a new Amazon that respects its customers

Yodel have delivered to the wrong house…

Yodel have delivered to the wrong house twice and I still have not received my order, they are absolutely useless , both times they have delivered not only the wrong house but wrong road etc . How bad can you get I think they are the worst ever

Purchased 3 dresses which were to small…

Purchased 3 dresses which were to small contacted light in the box to return and refund, it was within 7 days of our receipt. They put you through a huge obstacle course to try and find a way to return your goods it is plainly obvious they do not want to refund money, it more or less ends up with you having to try and return the goods to an address they give you in China, a country where you have no control over your goods and who knows if they will get through customs. We are trying to get our money back via PayPal but if this fails small claims court will be the next option. Before you purchase anything from this company think long and hard about if you may have to return the goods, they are certainly not an Amazon equivalent. Buyer beware . One last thing they want to try and refund less than you paid . Outrageous

I ordered a rug on line

I ordered a rug on line , Costco emailed to say it was cancelled but took my money, I requested a refund it was declined. In the meantime I purchased an alternative. They advised it had been delivered even though they cancelled the order. I advised I had not received anything and wanted my refund which was declined. They sent photos of where it was delivered it was not my property, I finally located it in a neighbour garden. I advised Costco I found it but still wanted my refund as I don’t need 2 rugs . They declined. They advised I have to wait until it is returned to their supplier. I thought compromise refund simultaneously with collection they declined. So Costco still have my money, I have a rug I don’t need and as at time of writing no idea when this matter will be resolved

Delivery driver went to the wrong street and wrong properties twice in two days , in the end I had to cancel the delivery as it was mind boggling trying to resolve the problem with dpd who had zero interest

I paid for two tests but could only undertake one as per the instructions, I telephoned to advise them of my problem and the staff were very helpful and friendly,my problem was resolved with little fuss, I am very satisfied and would use them again.
