Excellent customer service

I had an issue with a pair of slippers I purchased. James F. Walker from the customer service team was extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent out swiftly.

Will be buying another pair in the future.

Fantastic service from Shiruba, I used their ring sizer service which helped me get exactly the right ring for me.

Ring looked fantastic and was delivered on schedule.
