I was dreading trying to sort out a small problem of a leg being wrongly fitted to a sofa I'd bought as I imagined that for something so minor there would still be a lot of a hassle. But I was wrong. Quick, efficient communication with the Emmiera Group and I soon had a date in the diary. The engineer turned up on time (with text messages on the day advising of his arrival) and he quickly and expertly fixed the problem. I'm extremely grateful. A very positive experience.
