Cracking shed and communication from placing order to delivery spot on.
Only negative comment is the packaging on the shed was non existent and so numerous panels were scratched resulting in me having to purchase touch up paint at a cost to myself to protect my purchase against the elements.

Hello and thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear you encountered some scratches to the shed panels. We don't package but strap the panels in a cage with sheets of cardboard in between each one. We try to reduce waste and packaging and find this method to be very successful under normal circumstances. You shouldn't have had to purchase touch up paint if any of your panels were scratched during transit. I can see your order for the paint which I will refund you for. I hope you find this acceptable and apologies that you had to purchase this. With Regards Helen
