Fell apart as I used it

Bought a tool kit via Amazon. Tools fell apart as they were used the first time. Lists product support and take you to a website that does exist. Very disappointing.

Amazing! New customer for life!

I saw these advertised on Facebook. Working for a start up small company I love supporting them and watching them grow. My normal antiperspirant isn't doing me any favours anymore so I decided to start a subscription and I love it! The sandalwood and patchouli smells divine! It's soft as it goes on and has handled the heat this week perfectly. You've got me as a new customer for life. I can't wait to refill with new smells! Also when I needed assistance and had questions customer service were equally as fantastic as their product. Thanks Owen!!

Jack H-S was great at resolving an ongoing issue

Had an issue with a Triton shower leaking and faulty as soon as it was fitted, after a few back and forth with other customer service staff Jack was very helpful and understanding of this issue. This is currently in the process of being resolved and Jack is very prompt and caring in his replies. 5 star for Jack's service but lost one star (being over generous to the company) due to the having to push hard to get this resolved. You have Jack to thank for this rating instead of a one star!

Bathrooms to hate.. Not love!

We ordered through a supplier from their bathrooms to love brand. First lot of furniture arrived scratched, and bubbled, Valesso furniture not indigo blue as advertised, the carcasses are blue the fronts are grey! We over looked the colour and agreed to have a replacement sent out and the faulty units collected. Delivered today and opened and to my horror they are worse than before! Scratched, even more bubbled! No protection at all to stop their packaging scratching the units. If cardboard can scratch the fronts I doubt everyday use in a bathroom will last! I am beyond furious! This has massively delayed our bathroom being fitted and now we have the pleasure of going through it all again! Joke!! ** called them this morning and they refused to speak to us as ordered through a supplier. Poor quality and poor customer service!

Helpful and friendly customer services

I visited the live chat via the website for some advice before ordering. Customer services was so helpful in answering all my questions and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I ordered the Ultimate Light Duo and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Beautifect box and glow mirror. In the end I went for the Nude box and matching nude glow mirror. The lighting is just out of this world! I've received so many compliments on my make up recently. My not so secret tool as I will be shouting from the rooftops about how much I love my Beautifect products!

Do your own research on carpet types

Becoming first time home owners it was important to have good quality carpets. We have purchased a few carpets from Wilsons. Our first purchase was a regret as we were not informed when enquiring the carpet we chose for our high traffic areas was not suitable and this showed very quickly. Since then we've researched extensively and purchased a different carpet for another room and this was a lot better suited to us. I would say do your own research and don't be pushed into a sale.

Buy cheap, get stabbed by the wires don't last long.

I thought.. Finally somewhere for the larger breast ladies at a reasonable price. I have ordered a few times but have become so disappointed with the length of the bras lasting every single one the wire has come out and stabbed me at the most inconvenient time. Not just one bra.. All of them. This current one I have had around a month! ** 10/12/21 EDIT I just wanted to add customer service have been fantastic after contacting them about this issue. Super helpful and quick to sort issue

Trading Standards state that the average lifespan for a bra is 6 months, when cared for properly (hand wash, line dry, and worn in rotation with a number of other bras after being properly fitted), so any faults within this time of the order being placed can be refunded accordingly. Little or no signal or 4g at home

Upon checking the coverage checker it said I would get good coverage inside and outside at home. In most areas of my home I get 1 bar of signal and rarely get 4g. Bit disappointing really.

UNSAFE SEAT

**edit** 18/10/21- driving yesterday my son realised the button inbetween his legs releases the straps. He pressed the button and leant forward releasing the straps and climbed out of seat, safe to say I panicked massively as I was driving on the moterway and screamed at him to sit on the floor till the next services. I rang cosatto and their reply was it's not a design fault and it's my 2 year old that's the problem. I should teach him not to climb out of the seat. Great thanks-I also got sent 2 links to 'help' one is about buying a car seat and the other was the correct way to fit it in the car and safety regulations. This car seat is a very expensive and very unsafe seat.
We have quite a few cosatto products. Which have left us feeling underwhelmed. (travel system, car seats and stroller) I continued to buy to stand by a British product but have been let down buy the quality multiple times. Our recent purchase the all in all rotate seemed like such a perfect buy. In fact the straps are just a nightmare, they get stuck with the buckle at the back, or twisted and you have to dissemble the car seat find the strap and feed it through. All this whilst pinning down a toddler who doesn't want to be strapped in makes any journey in the car frustrating before you've even left the drive. Once strapped in, even with the escape harness and the straps worryingly tight my son just whips his arms out and this ends up in multiple stops to then have to fiddle again with the straps. I would also recommend not going to the beach either with this car seat. Any slight sand or dirt gets into the base. Sticks to the grease and no longer swivels smoothly!

Robbing B******S

Robbing B******S! partner pulled into a car park to pick me up from an appointment. He had no cash and couldn't work the pay machine by phone, bearing in mind he had a screaming toddler on his hip. I came out and bought a ticket, only later to receive a parking fine for not paying within 10 minutes! Absolute joke! Obviously the appeal was denied because they are just out to rob anyone they can. Went back to find and view the sign today, 10 minute pay period is in the smallest writing possible on a sign the furthest part in the car park which you could not see from your car!! Ticket machine also placed at the farthest point (round a corner) . So bought a ticket, yet still get fined!

Only gave half of a refund when promised a full one.

Ordered a deed poll and emailed within 2 mins of submitting that I had made a mistake, no phone number to call. They eventually emailed back late the following day saying I had to reorder and they would refund one.. I thought great! They sent out both deed polls anyway charging postage and only refunded half of the money owed. I emailed and they claimed this was my full refund. Instead of £20.99 I only received £10.50. Frustrated.
