I purcahsed the mouth tape and it works…

I purcahsed the mouth tape and it works magic. It's jus that sticker is not as strong escpecially when you have beard. I hope they can imporve this. But overall the product really helped me sleep better.

Still waiting for the tracking code of the item and document requested for a mistake in the VAT Charges

On December 07, I ordered 2 items which I expected to be shipped together. One item was delivered but the other I’m still waiting for the tracking code. I sent a whatsapp message and an email to customer service but until now no clear feedback/update yet. Another issue that I have; there has been a mistake in the VAT/Import Duty charges due to missing shipping cost info. I noticed that the VAT charges were way higher than I expected so I called DHL. They told me that indeed its way higher and it's a mistake since the shipping cost is not mentioned in the invoice so the NL Customs followed their standard tariffs based on weight, height, etc..which is usually way higher than the usual rates.. DHL can do the refund but they need the document from Hewi mentioning the shipping cost. I already requested for this additional
document. I’m still waiting for their update. I tried calling but no one is answering.:(

Terrible post purchase service

Terrible post purchase service. The oven that we purchased didn’t work so we scheduled a monteur to fix it. When the day comes, no one showed up and I called the service hotline and the lady said that the monteur cannot come and she has to re-schedule me the week after. A week had past and the monteur came and fix the oven. In total we were waiting for almost 3 weeks before we can use the oven.

Excellent service

Excellent service! I'm very happy with the result so far. I subscribed for the full gain package and from 790 followers my IG account is now 3,143 and growing. They guarantee at least 3K new organic followers. Can't wait to see the full result. :-)
