I’ve upped my rating since eating her the last three times, one thing that helps is the blue light card 30% off that does take on averages about 20.00 off the bill. Of 2 mains 2 starters one drink each and a side. Can be expensive but the food quality is nice restaurant is nice and bright and airy, tables bit wobbly staff can be a bit on their own I would say rather than slow.
Better experience recently. The sharing platter was amazing and good value for money.

Sizes are okay, but paying for delivery charges for an item then having to send it back and pay again because the size guide is terrible is a real issue for me. Customer service are usually very friendly and they always try to help. Apart from that it’s a good service and we use the Simplybe for ladies aswell.

Great hosts and welcoming nothing seems to much trouble. Four days of relaxing in a country feel setting amongst the birds and the trees set below the main road overlooking lovely pond.
We went out everyday to visit historical woodlands, parks, and saw some amazing sites just a few minutes from this location. Hosts were lovely and friendly always. Looking forward to booking again already. British countryside at its best.

There was far too much content rushed through in a short space of time and the information seemed to be to cause fear. I spoke with my inspector shortly after the training and reiterated what was said, their reassuring comment to me was ‘don’t change what your doing to make CQC inspection process easier’

Review of The AA Breakdown Cover
I’ve had the worst experience ever with the AA. Two times we broken down and both times tried to be forced to pay an admin fee because the AA never update my car details even after they said they would and left me stranded.
First time I was picked up by a garage who wasn’t ensured to take me in their vehicle snd left me stranded in side of motorway. Second time they would t come out atall. I paid the highest rate on this membership and to be honest can’t wait to go back with any other recovery company. The stress this has caused us unbelievable. I’m actively waiting for a complaint to be handled because I’m now trying to be charge full rate for a battery change when it should have been a third of the price. It’s problem problem problem, the robots you speak to don’t understand and the disgrace of trying to get people in distress to pay £45.00 to change details on the account isn’t even in the terms and it says no where that this has to be paid. AA is nothing short of a joke. I class myself as a reasonable person and make reasonable decisions, I run two care homes for people with poor mental health in light of Covid and the new stresses life has brought, we rely on these agencies to make our lives a little easier. All I can say is green flag here I come.
Please save your money don’t waste your time and don’t put your mental health under the stresses that I went under.
I told them I had 30 Covid tests in my car and needed to bring them to a site and needed help urgently, 3hrs later in the rain and late in the night I was still left stranded because they wanted their 45.00 fee which should not be requested.
Good luck in looking for the right company.
AA is not that. I can think of many other words which AA stands for.
It’s 2025 now and I guess the AA complaints team haven’t yet had a chance to handle my complaint. I like to share these posts so everyone knows. The response I had was nothing short of a load of rubbish.
I made AA aware of updates to my vehicle three times in total shame they don’t have the training to do their job and simply update my file. I would never use AA again, honestly I’m with RAC since 2021, if your with AA change over. Much cheaper much more effective much better customer service I haven’t had any nonsense from this lot.
