I purchased some beautiful sparkly sandals for my holidays. Iv always bought from lemonade and been very happy with the products.
The sandals i purchased looked amazing and fit well but the stitching on the side of the foot was like nylon thread which cut my foot. I contacted customer services to tell them I was dissapointed. I didn't ask for refund etc. I just wanted them to know of this product default. To be told paint with clear nail varnish or put a plaster on it as they havnt had any other complaints. Very poor customer service.

Have sold and purchased through Flexi Agent and have always found them professional and efficient. Loved that I could communicate with them outside office hours so didn't interfere with my job. They arranged viewing days which was much better than having people coming on different days as I couldn't keep missing work.

Absoloutly brilliant company.
