After posting my original review, Elodie from customer service promptly reached out and resolved my issue. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and will continue purchasing from Grives—I truly love the quality and scent of their rollers.
I placed an order on 27th March for the W25 – Mirage and the W25 Full Set, but only received the Full Set. I contacted customer service immediately with photos to report the missing Mirage roller and followed up several times—yet have received no response at all.
As a returning customer, I expected better. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be ordering again unless the issue is resolved.
