I was asked to leave a review for an order, it was a few weeks ago, i had ordered white dress down pleated trousers, size xs and returned them.
I left a review that wasnt 5 star, it wasnt a bad review, just an honest one. This must be about 3-4 weeks ago and it hasn't been posted on their website. So, I wouldn't trust the reviews as they must only post the positive and not any negative..

If I could leave a zero rating I would.
Scam delivery company.
Ordered a small item from an eBay seller:

Do not purchase from this seller.
They use Aquiline to deliver, provide fake tracking that says your item has been delivered when you have never received it.
When challenged through ebay, all I got was 'case closed'
They also removed my negative review of the seller.
No proof of delivery, not left with a neighbour and no photographic evidence.
The item was £12.05, never received.
Money lost and seemingly nothing I can do.
However I will now pursue this with Trading Standards, the FCA, the ombudsman and any other body I can alert to this scam and stop anyone else falling into this trap.
Avoid.

Been buying products from Justmylook for years, they have a wide range of choice of skincare, makeup etc. all at competitive prices and often with promotional discounts.
Delivery and packaging are spot on, never had any issues.

Arrived on time, very courteous and respectful. Assembled the sofa when they arrived which was very helpful. Really happy with the delivery service.

Update to the following review:
I received replies from Lauren and also Federica. They arranged for the order to be returned and sent the correct order on express delivery. Also included 2 full size skincare products as a gift.
I am pleased this has been resolved. Response time is still slow, which is very frustrating when something goes wrong, especially considering the high value items they sell.

Ordered a Lightstim LED. Received a Braun Beard Trimmer.

Contacted customer service as soon as it arrived. As yet, no reply.

So many bad experiences with this company, I wouldn't have purchased from them, but nowhere else sold the product I wanted.

Shocking customer service.
Starting to think this company are a scam. Happily take your money, but fail to deliver on service.
Postage charges are also high compared to other retailers, this wouldn't be a problem if they delivered the items correctly and on time.
First order was a pair of jeans, what I received was a multicolored fluffy top. Sent back immediately and as yet, no refund.
Also ordered another pair of jeans nearly 3 weeks ago, still not received. Customer service just said - my 'goodies' are on the way.
Seriously embarrassing, this isn't to be taken lightly, the company should do more.
I'll be taking this up legally.

I've had 2 orders from currentbody in the last 18 months.
The first order was a nuface mini and tripollar stop classic bundle.
Both gave good results, both also developed faults at different times and had to be replaced. Their customer service response is very slow. If you reply to a message it takes ages to get a response.
They did replace the nuface device which was fine. The Tripollar developed a fault a few months later and stopped working, instead of a replacement I asked for a credit and put it towards a Newa instead as it seemed to be a superior device.
Definitely not the case, it's almost a joke. You are told to cover the tips of the device with their conductive gel, this barely lasts a month and costs around £30 a tube! I also had a really bad reaction to the device, burning and peeling skin for weeks, which I never experienced from the Tripollar. I posted a one star review over 6 weeks ago. They intercepted it with an email asking me what other products I'd been using. I hadn't used anything different apart from the Newa. They told me to persevere as there was no money back with this device.
They have never posted my negative review, so be aware when ordering, definitely do your research through other sources.

Great products at amazing prices. Mostly ordered Bielenda and Eveline products. Full of active ingredients for a very low price - especially compared to other brands I have looked at.
