Aluminum Suitcase

Bought an aluminum suitcase for my daughter for Christmas. Even though Vaye were a little too optimistic in terms of delivery time when ordered, due to the Black Friday/Christmas rush, Vaye customer service was very responsive and helpful. Among other things they called DHL on my behalf, and it arrived the day before Christmas. It has just had its first journey to Dubai and my daughter is over the moon with it....You can't avoid a few scratches, even some small dents, when you are checking in an aluminum suitcase, but most of them you can easily wash off. I think I will order the black version of it for myself next!

Nothing received

Hi. My daughter ordered, and paid, for a hoodie on the 9th of June. I have send numerous emails and asked for a status, but without any reaction. It's 10 weeks now!

Er der nogen der kan/vil dele hvordan…

Er der nogen der kan/vil dele hvordan de har kommunikeret med Lagerby? Jeg har prøvet mange gentagende gange via e-mail og Messenger og det eneste response jeg har fået er at de lige trak mig 3x 179 kr yderligere over 3 dage…. Simpelthen så frækt og ubehøvlet… kæmper lidt med min bank om en aktion men vil gerne høre hvad andre har gjort tak.

Nu står der jeg er trukket 179 dkr d. 14/11, 15/11 og 16/11!
Vil I godt stoppe og tilbagefører de penge I uretmæssigt har trukket med det samme!! I svare heller ikker på mails man sender til jeres “kunde support”!

Hævelse af gebyr uden aftale

Jeg kan se jeg er blevet trukket 179 kroner i går….og tilbage i september. Jeg har ikke oprettet en konto og jeg har lige prøvet at logge ind med min mail og det password jeg altid bruger og jeg bliver ikke “genkendt”.
Der er tale om en fejl som I bedes rette og tilbagebetale jeg 2 x 179 kr.
Jeg har også skrevet flere gange til kundesupport som heller ikke vender tilbage.

Fantastisk købe oplevelse

Det var hele vejen igennem en god oplevelse. Marc postede på LinkedIn at Messy nu havde solbriller med styrke, jeg spurgte hvor var det smartest at gå hen hvis man gerne ville prøve, blev forslået Magasin i Kbh, de var super flinke og service minded, valgte en model, gik hjem og begyndte købsprocessen, havde et par spg, Messy's kundeservice var hurtig og super serviceminded.... Og nu har gammelsmølf her på snart 60 et par super smarte solbriller

YouSee opfører sig som de ejer marked. Ændre priser/pakker/produkter som det passer dem. Eneste grund til at jeg bruger dem er at vi ikke har andre valg
