Field Trial PRO Slip Collar

We bought the Field Trial PRO Slip Collar and it's very well made compared to slip collars that we had purchased from ETSY previously. The metal fisheye loop makes a huge difference as does the addition of solid plastic.

I booked a collect and return service…

I booked a collect and return service through AA Smart Care for a full service. TGA were due to arrive between 8 am and 11 am. They arrived an hour late at noon. Once they arrived, they just left without taking my car for a service and told me that they couldn't do it because there was nowhere for them to leave their car whilst they took mine. At no point did they mention that they would need to do this once the booking had been made. Their customer service was extremely poor. They offered no solutions and made no attempt to stick to their word.

Misinformation and no one to help

We ordered yesterday and paid for next day delivery after checking that stock was available. We received an email this morning telling us that Curry’s were pleased to inform us that our exchange had been processed. Nothing has been exchanged. In the email it’s the exact same model that we had ordered. We received no tracking number for the delivery and so we weren’t able to check for updates on the website. There is no help available other than automated phone lines or virtual online assistants so we can’t explain that we have no tracking number. Despite paying the highest delivery costs offered, we received no information to tell us that our delivery would be delayed. Delivery issues happen but inform the customer. Having a pre-recorded message to tell us to check with the delivery company when you’ve not told us who the delivery company is, that’s useless. The track my parcel button in the email did not work either. Once we were eventually able to get through to Curry’s they told us that their system had a fault and they now wouldn’t deliver for a week. They refused to issue a refund even because the order had progressed even though it would not arrive for a week.

Not the cheapest but the best I spoke to.

Allied was not the cheapest surveyor I spoke to but instantly struck me as the most knowledgable in their ability to explain everything to me. They called me when they had a cancellation to get the survey done earlier and Gary the surveyor was knowledgeable.
