Product delivered on time at a good price.

We ordered a triple folding door in finished oak. It was exactly what we wanted and looks amazing. I would say that you need a professional joiner to do the installation though. I wouldn't fancy doing it on my own.

We ordered a sofa that was marked as 5-week delivery, so we could have it in time for a family event in November. The week before it was due for delivery the delivery warehouse phoned (not customer services) and said delivery wouldn't be until 18th Dec, they offered a full refund but by that point there was no way we could get an alternative sofa for Christmas, never mind November. So, we were stuck waiting for this sofa. Then when it finally arrived the week before Christmas it was poor quality, wasn't comfy and we would have liked to return it but by this point we didn't have any choice given we needed it for Christmas. So we have been stuck with this sofa that didn't arrive when we needed it, and wasn't very good anyway.

At no point did anyone contact us to apologise for the delayed delivery or offer us any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The call I did get was from the warehouse saying they were rearranging delivery. I specifically asked for a discount or some sort of compensation and they said no.

What is worse is this sofa is now on sale for a further reduced price!

I won't be buying furniture from Habitat again and I definitely won't be trusting their delivery times.

Delivered on time, haven't opened the item yet

We ordered the engineered oak parquet floor. It looks amazing. The floor pieces look exactly as we expected based on the sample. The joiner said the flooring went down down very easily, the pieces slotted together nicely. It is worth noting that the floor is not uniform colour as it is natural wood, and that is something we are very happy with, others may not be though.

Phoned up to place a large order for a future date so we could ensure delivery was in line with the plan to renovate and fit the new kitchen. I spoke to Lacy and she booked everything in for the required date and gave us a great price.

Ordered two bikes online, an adult bike and a children's bike. Initially I had an issue paying through the website but this was resolved via the online chat. The children's bike then arrived promptly, but something went wrong with the delivery of the other bike which ended up being delayed for a further week.

Bought a RTX 2060 graphics card a couple fo weeks ago, yet to be installed, but wanted to return it in the unlikely event I'm able to get a new 3080 Ti. Joely was very helpful with the RMA to enable me to return my unused card if I choose to.

Carried repairs to our LG washing machine. There were quick and efficient. The repairs we done under warranty so I can't comment on the cost.
