Just to remind anyone looking to…

Just to remind anyone looking to purchase from this so called company, read reviews. They have gone bankrupt and taken thousands of people. They have then re invented themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This Company is in receivership DO NOT PURCHASE FROM IT

In regards to home leisure reply. And my original commenta below.

I am not interested as others should not be on your poor attempt at pr reply. Explain your selves to HSBC who will be pursuing you for the 11500 you have taken from me. Home leisure did nothing but lie to me a customer that trusted in your company. Future customers if they have done this to me they will do it to you. Use a different company.

Please everyone read this review in full and reply. I have also reported home leisure to local trading standards.



Pinball paid in full and ordered in July. Constant excuses and reasons why not delivered. Finally asked for a refund as no delivery date could be given. I have been told by Tom in finance, bank accounts are frozen they can not refund or supply the pinball. 2 days before christmas. Please please do not buy from this company. They lie to get your money then lie about delivery dates then refuse refunds. Section 75 C/c claim and hopefully they will be stopped from ever trading again. Ted / Ross / Sophia you are all liars shame on you. Tom in accs well done for telling the truth.

First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologise for the distress and frustration this has caused you. Being told days before Christmas that your refund couldn’t be processed is a terrible situation to be in, and I understand why you feel let down.

I would like to provide some clarity on the current situation. It is true that the previous company, Home Leisure Direct, entered administration on 31st December. During that transition, bank accounts were indeed frozen as part of the legal process, which is why the team was unable to process your refund at that time.

However, the business has now been purchased by Home Leisure Direct Worldwide Limited. Under this new ownership, our absolute priority is to make things right for customers caught in this transition. We are not 'disappearing'; in fact, we have kept our entire staff in place specifically so we can honour our commitments.

The new company is prepared to supply you with the pinball machine that you ordered, if this is something you would like to do then please get in touch with the customer service team.

Once again we would like to apologise for you being stuck in the middle of this situation, none of the team here wanted you to be put in this position.

Wrong item arrived, awful customer service no refund

Ps after a reply from Debenhams !

1st of all i followed ur procedures to the letter and you still made me wait 3 weeks for a refund for your mistake and countless emails.
Potential customers should read trustpilot to see mine is not an isolated issue.

And why do i have to have terrible customer experience so you can do a better job next time. Get it right 1st time. The end !





Wrong item arrived in my order. So i sent it back as per instructions. Then waited for my refund and waited and im still waiting. Awfully slow customer service. Will never use them again. Basically if u want your money stolen shop here

How anyone could rate this shambles of…

How anyone could rate this shambles of a delivery service above zero is a testament that trustpilot does not allow you to give it zero stars!. Awful i now refuse to order from anyone that uses yodel. Always late, parcels always disapear and then you hit a wall of lies

Further to my one star review due to…

Further to my one star review due to cancelled order, i have still not received a full refund. The message sent does not address this !!.
And then to find that many others had there orders sent even though "prices were incorrect". Check the reviews on here folks from Feb 14th. My 2nd order from Arrow itl be my last !!!! Luckily paid with paypal so putting in a claim via them

AVOID EBAY USE AMAZON

AVOID EBAY USE AMAZON

ebay has a policy if a parcel has an attempted delivery by the carrier its classed as delivered.Heres the thing we all know certain parcel companys like yodel and hermes list as attempted when actually theyve been no where near!
My story, ordered of ebay uk seller purposely to protect myself, parcel marked as attempted delivery by hermes, i was in they came no where near. So awaited re delivery... no 3 weeks pass ebay seller didnt want to know, so ebay naaaa dont want to know, so i got confirmation of hermes that the parcel is lost and not delivered never will be, ebay no refund, so much for there fair trading refund policy, now turns out buyer has claimed a postal refund from hermes so he has my money, the money for lost parcel i have nothing and ebay have removed my bad feedback fir the seller! Biggest scammers out there uve been warned

Trent Lock

Had food there on many occasions this time it was truly awefull uncooked food, 1/2 dishes didnt arrive, ordered dinner got it in time for breakfast. Complained they took of the uncooked food from the bill wow ! Head office didnt want to know so considering the uncooked food made us ill have reported to EHO. Used to be a nice place to eat and considering the current climate maybe they should try and retain customers

Do not send parcels with this company ever ! They will not deliver them, they will lie, they will not compensate you.
Trading standards where are you ? Surely this is what you are there for protect the customer from daylight robbery

Beware of ebays policy on deliverys

Beware of ebays policy on deliverys, if a parcel has an attempted delivery then its not re delivered thru no fault of your own and then returned to seller who doesnt refund dont expect a refund if you try and claim on ebay refund promise, they consider an attempted delivery as delivered yes thats right so seller is not liable to refund or are they. Me ordered from ebay seller no parcel no refund ebay closed case
