Unbelievably good service from this company, specifically by Andy, with our very recently purchased camping TV. It had a faulty dvd drive in which one of my favourite dvds got stuck and we desperately wanted the TV for our caravan get away this week ( after Easter weekend '24). Andy's response was rapid and his communication was polite and very practical. He sent a returns label immediately and we had the TV back and fully working by the middle of the Bank Holiday weekend (I sent it back the Wednesday before), which was nothing short of miraculous; much like NUFC's come back that exact same day against West Ham ⚽ ☺️. Incredible efficiency. Gold star service all round ✨

What on earth has happened to this airport! It never used to be like this; it seems it's now far too small for the flight traffic, the volume of customers and footfall for which it's trying to cater. We booked long stay parking and spent ages driving around trying to actually find a spot because it was so full! That was stressful for starters. Ended up leaving car squeezed in at the edge of a field! Once in the claustrophobic low ceilinged, building no clear signage about where to check in, absolutely thronged with crowds of passengers, all jostling and joining a long queue to security it turned out. Pleasant enough staff member redirected us then to check in area, where you check in your own bag?? Never had to do that before, but could be confusing for some passengers. Looked for somewhere to get a light meal before security queue ....just Greggs which was hopeless. Stock pathetic, everything gone. Then 45 minutes standing in queue for security, process itself was manic and utter chaos! Had to wait for ages as my tray got shoved aside and not put through?? Once through security, again everything over crowded and manic. Camden food charging £6:59 for the worst excuse of a tuna sandwich ever! Rip off (priced at 3.59 on shelf??) Pleasant cashier gave refund, even she thought that price way too steep. Next looking for a water fountain...one only,buried in the smokers area!! So hard to find and water tasted revolting; undrinkable. Flight was delayed by two hours on top of all this. I could go on even more. Just dreadful; redeemed only by some of staff being friendly and pleasant. Such a contrast arriving in Split Airport....the complete opposite. Experience returning was much the same although at least our bags weren't lost. The whole place needs a massive overhaul.

I am reluctant to even give one star for this lot they are awful! Ordered the bohemian sandals like several others on here and they are absolutely AWFUL. Cheap shoddy pieces of plastic, no way therapeutic for bunions etc as advertised, they took nearly three months to arrive and the communication with the company was pathetic. Also, as others have said, they are completely the wrong size, ordered 5-6 and these are around a 3. Absolutely terrible. I feel robbed. Waiting to hear from Paypal about refund, but not optimistic, should have referred to Trustpilot beforehand, but stupidly fancied a lockdown treat and the pictures were lovely, NOTHING like the product. DO NOT ORDER from this site. Utterly dreadful.
