Sent me a damaged bottle and when I emailed them about it they said it still looked pretty full and they would give me 10% off my next order. Unbelievable! I explained it was part of a present, without question the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Outrageous! They lure you to sign up with a €1 transaction and then take €39 out of your account in a subscription. The choice of houses is far inferior also to any other I’ve looked out. Stay clear of this site!

Did a day trip today to Venice with this Company. Could not have been better! Our Guide, Salvatore was first class, full of interesting information, clear on times and places to meet, making sure everyone was present and accounted for at all times. Highly recommend. Would use them again in a heartbeat. 👏
Worse than 1*. After finally getting through the Bot that answers the call, the person I spoke to had no idea what they were doing. When I asked for a more direct line to call he gave me the US freefone number. When I said this wouldn't work from Ireland, he said it was the only number and I should try it!! Spent 40 mins on the phone - will never use Hotels.com again, terrible customer service
When we arrived in Spain, our driver was 20 mins late picking us up. We had to make 3 calls to the office to find out what was going on. I have always used Zip Transfers so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this occasion as the return trip was perfect
I used to love Littlewoods but recently they hae introduced a delivry charge, regardless of size of order and also their sales are rubish! They will send you a code for a sale and say it's off full price items. Then you go into the website and the items you are looking at have been reduced by €1 or €2 so they do not qualify for the sale. I only shop there now if I am desperate, so many other great sites with free delivery and REAL sales.

I have had so many issues with Fastway in the past but Cora McLoughlin is fantastic. Gets back to you within a few hours. Hopefully, this is the start in an improvement in service overall from Fastway.

Fastway have to be the worst couriers to contact!! Their delivery is ok but if you are trying to track a parcel that should have been delivered or there is some other issue they are terrible. If you email them it will take 7-10 days for them to revert and then if you have another question, another 7-10 days. No phone number anywhere to call. I avoid using them if at all possible.

Quick and efficient service. Only issue I have is when buying shoes, there are no images of the shoes being worn by someone, which helps hugely when choosing. I saw my shoes on Sandra’s 5 @ 5 where she was wearing them. Probably would not have purchased otherwise.

Delivery did not arrive. DHL said they had not received it and yet ASOS insisted I wait an extra week and still no delivery. Wait time on online helpchat was 40 minutes before I gave up. The last 2 orders prior I had to return some items and then had to fight weeks later to get my refund. Outrageous customer service policies and no appreciation for business. Disregard customers as if we are irrelevant. Will NEVER use again.
Excellent next day service and free no fuss returns with An Post. Could not be better service.
