I had a brake disc and a brake pad set…
I had a brake disc and a brake pad set service on 10 June 2025 at Witham Kwik fit, yesterday I had my car MOT at Audi Centre and they found out that the parts Kwik fit fitted in to my vehicle is not genuine " I WASN'T AWARE THAT YOU USE AFTERMARKET PARTS". Your employees should warn customers that they use aftermarket parts. Also 1/4 of frond disc not touching pad. And it's very unsafe to drive my car. I'm glad I took my car to Audi centre , and avoid a very serious accident on the road. They are not responding to my complaint I made last week. Very disappointed, please Avoid them at all cost. Save your money and time.
