Aweful product and worse customer…

Aweful product and worse customer service. Tried these having previously used other brands with no issues in a Siemens dishwasher. First attempt the tablet stuck in the dispenser and didn’t work, 2nd and third tries the dishes came out dirty like they hadn’t been washed and final try the tablet stuck in the dispenser. Contacted customer service who said we may have hard water, I relied to Alan Moss to confirm we had a water softener installed and he has ignored all subsequent emails to resolve. From our experience the tablets are not fit for purpose

Venice was lovely the hotel was not so good

Venice was lovely, the hotel was in a good position but defiantly would not return to that hotel. The staff member that greated us seemed like they got out of the wrong side of the bed, We were on the 4th floor and there was no lift and the room was very run down. The curtains did not draw, The bathroom window had no cover and if you didn't hang a towel over it you could be seen by all the surrounding apartments, there was on plug socket in the room, the pillows were like bricks. The hotel was very over priced for what you got, as I say the position was fantastic but that was all we could say that was good about it. **Edit - Although the listing itself does not mention an elevator some of the feedback says 'Elevator in need of updating' which should read '...needs isntalling'

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your time in Venice but sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with the hotel.

In our experience most issues can be resolved once bought to the attention of staff, otherwise customers can reach out to us directly hwere we can liase with the hotel to address and remedy any issues at the time.

In this case I can see that we were not aware of any issues until your return however, as customer feedback is very important to us, I will ensure that this is passed to our hotel team.

I have also looked at our listing for this hotel and have been unable to find any reference to the lift being advertised at the time of booking.

I am sorry for any confusion that has occurred but hope that, despite this, you had a great trip.

No communication.

The bike came quickly but I had emailed them several times before it was sent as I wanted to buy a dropper post and have it fitted. All communication is ignored, the phone lines have been closed and the answer machine is ignored. The bike arrived and wasn't set up despite paying ALLOT of money for it. This means additional cost in getting the grears indexed and the brakes checked. I have emailed about this and again have been ignored. A company can't operate like this.
