As an owner of the business I have to prove to Toast that I am the owner and until then I cannot stop using their, what is, a bunch of plastic pieces of equipment just to take card payment.

VALDA ENERGY OVERCHARGED ME £1900 AND NOW EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR A BILL OR SO THEY ADD AN ESTIMATE OF 6L KWT PLUS TO MAKE ME PAY AGAIN EVEN THOUGH MY CONSUMPTION IS OVER THAN PAID.

Another day, another waste of my time. I paid by card, the driver arrived early, I was not there and asked my staff for cash. Complete waste of time trying to chase to get my money back. They completely unable to take a card payment even with a website, they send deliveries out when they do not have customer service lines. I will buy pastries from RANSON, nice people and they mess with their customeres.

Evermile took away the stress of delivering our cakes across London. 😅
It used to be a stressful and time-consuming process but now we just log on to Evermile select date, time slot and the fact that we have cakes (that require more attention) and off we go! 🚀
Also, the customer support is stellar and for that alone it's worth the 5 stars. 👏
Finally the onboarding only takes only a minute and you can start booking deliveries straight away!
Highly recommended to anyone that requires deliveries within the M25! 🚚
