Returns was a nightmare
Returns was a nightmare. I and a free discount code for free delivery. Yet when returning the item the cost of delivery was still deducted from my refund amount including an admin charge. Ultimately to cover the cost of delivery they deducted the amount from the item at the point of check out which complicated matters if the item is then returned. This was a nightmare to get to the bottom of.

While the delivery discount covered the shipping cost at checkout, the delivery fee is applied as a discount against the item price. When an item is returned, this can result in the delivery cost being deducted from the refund, along with an administration fee, which we appreciate was not clearly explained and led to unnecessary confusion.
