Unresponsive company
They have for sale a pair of vehicle signs so I ordered two lots for both of my vehicles and I only received one pair. I have emailed them and have received no reply. I am still down one pair of vehicle signs. I would’ve thought with a pristine company I would have received a reply to emails at least. I am still trying to gain my second pair of vehicle signage or a partial refund for the signage.

I can see that you had emailed on Thursday late afternoon, whilst I personally was flying through emails as quickly as possible Friday, I admit you were on my list to send the decals out today so that they are with you tomorrow.
It is with apologies that your order had been misread when packing, however in the first instance a quick call to the office any member of the team would have been able to dispatch the two decals same day for you.
I am sorry you chose to leave the one star review instead and hope that receiving the stickers tomorrow, does still keep you within our 3-5 day delivery as stated at checkout and leaves a better impression of our company and customer service with you.
