Quick delivery, lovely trousers but a little long for me at 5’6’’ if wearing flats. Thinner material than expected but they hang well and didn’t crease. Slight silver thread running through. Bought 16 and snug fit. Wore them when out with friends and compliments from both.

Spoke to Josh (JS4) regarding a new quote for an electric car as we have our current vehicle insured through One Call. Unfortunately he was unable to help today as the quote was considerably higher than other quotes received. He was extremely pleasant and courteous and apologetic. I was very pleased with the way he dealt with the enquiry and would recommend dealing with him.

The colleague who I spoke to Suzanne was extremely helpful. The phone connection was lost halfway through and I rang back to continue the enquiry. The gentleman I spoke to was also very helpful and assured me that Suzanne would ring back. She did so within a few minutes and continued to go through the details. It was very reassuring to be able to speak to a human and not AI. This along with the price given made me happy to complete the sale.
