Just took delivery of our new 7ft pool table,
Delivered and assembled expertly by Neil and Aaron, they were both very careful with the installation and informative with the instructions for my future use of the item.
The company as a whole have been a pleasure to deal with and all their representatives have been very helpful and professional.

Have set up the account to specifically say what to do with parcels if no one at home, although we were at home agent did not bother to ring the bell or knock on the door, just left parcel in full view of passing public on front door step, inviting someone to pick up. Should have left at the back door where we have a camera that can monitor at least. Called customer service to ask if this could be rectified in the future but not able to talk to anyone other than robot and their responses were just I'm sorry to hear that, just a poor company with no real thought for customer will not bother using again

I purchased 2 off radiators. One was dual fuel
The dual fuel rad had a tee piece connector that was faulty, kept leaking when fitted, I requested replacement via their web site, got asked to send certain information so sent all the asked for information, chased up after a few days, got no reply, a few days after this a different person got in touch and started the whole process again.
This was an unsatisfactory customer service experience, one of the radiators also came without valves which I didn't chase as my plumber had a couple of spares which he used to get the job complete.
I had to give up and buy this item from another retailer.
For such a small item it's hard to accept Victoria plumbings long drawn out process.

Had a new call form Joanne a new customer service representative, she was very helpful and understanding of my frustration, anyway hope the issue is now resolved so I have updated my rating accordingly

Told several times my order will be delivered, this has not happened after several emails telling me a time and date. Rubbish service and I am still waiting for the next lie

Ordered gu10 lamps that after 1 week haven’t arrived, told 2 days, e-mailed but had no response although told this is the preferred corespondents. Rang the company who said they were out of stock and would not be in until mid December, when I asked wouldn’t that be something you would e-mail a customer and let them know, operator said NO we wait for customer to call, then she said shouldn’t be able to order because stock level gone so I went on the web and checked if I could re-order to find my lamp is showing in stock and 1000+ stock, Beware if you are in a rush, this reeks of a company that isn’t organised.
