Great customer service …

Ordered a couple of items for Christmas but was a bit concerned about delivery
Emailed and had a quick response from the team assuring me they would arrive and received them the following day .
Very pleased with my order and excellent customer service which today is always a bonus
Would definitely recommend this company

Excellent customer service

We were thinking of purchasing a new Sofa suite and popped into DFS at Maidstone just to have a look !!
We were approached by a guy called James who made himself known informed us if we needed any assistance to let him know .
Having been looking around for quite awhile ( our choice) another assistant called Inca very friendly answered a few questions we were inquiring about , she also was good enough to inform us that the sofa we was looking at actually finished its offer the next day !
We were under no pressure to purchase anything and left feeling very upbeat about the sofas we had seen .
After spending the evening measuring up we went back today and did buy the suite and also a coffee table and rug
Inca acknowledged us as we arrived and attended to our purchase as soon as she had finished with the customers she was with and James had also acknowledged us which was very good .
It is so nice being able to go into a store and receive polite but not intrusive approach with the information at hand and questions answered with detailed knowledge of the products they sell .
I would definitely recommend a visit if you are thinking of purchasing a suite of furniture..

Review of Alpha Heating Innovation

Alpha boiler insurance

We have just started our Alpha boiler cover and today one of their engineers (sadly didn’t get his name ) called to check our Alpha boiler
What a great job he did , we previously had cover with British Gas and I can honestly say that the attention to detail from Alpha topped any service we received from them .
After removing the filter from our boiler and cleaning it out (which hasn’t been done in all the time we have had it serviced by British Gas ) it was an eye opener .
A full and proper check followed
I would definitely recommend Alpha to family and friends if asked for a recommendation.

Bistro set

Ordered a Granada Bistro set online from The Range and arrived on Wednesday . I was pleasantly surprise by the quality of this item much sturdier than expected ,easy to assemble and all parts available in the well packaged boxes.
With two of us was assembling in less than 30 mins .
Delivery men also very helpful and kept us informed of delivery .
So five stars given for the experience from The Range (just looking forward to using it )👍

The two delivery men were very polite and helpful .Called to let us know when our delivery was due and again when arrived as requested.
Delivered on time and everything was as ordered .
So nice to have good customer satisfaction well done Furdeco would definitely recommend 👍

Spoke to a lovely lady called Sarah who was vey helpful with all the information she gave me concerning reducing usage of our electricity.I also fixed my account at a better rate with EDF again

Don’t hesitate to use Sprayworx - they’re brilliant!!

Responded quickly to our request and on site within 24 hours. Fantastic attitude - nothing was too much trouble, Jon delivered excellent customer service. As an experienced bodywork specialist the finish to the repair Jon provided was first class on what was a complex job. We are absolutely delighted with the result!!

We had reason to complain about a bill…

We had reason to complain about a bill received in November with “outstanding charges” dating back 4 years.EDF’s bills require excessive working out at the best of times, but over 4 years worth took us literally hours to work through.Long story short, after a bad experience of a lady “working from home” who was unable to help us (couldn’t access necessary systems),
Dan from team E took over the complaint and managed it to a successful conclusion to our complete satisfaction. Over a two week period he communicated regularly and clearly so we knew where we stood at all times. Throughout the final call he was patient, understanding, but also challenging if he felt my stance was too rigid. We negotiated what we believe was a fair resolution, but throughout we felt he got the balance right between assisting us and and representing EDF. We were 90% certain to leave EDF at renewal because of the charging issue but Dan, through his excellent customer service skills and determination to resolve issues to our total satisfaction has been instrumental in convincing us to stay. Totally impressed with Dan’s attitude, ability and manner.
