Yodel has been competent and professional they allow for a different date/day if you are not in for delivery.
I feel all delivery companies should offer this be less problematic for us & less time consuming for them.
I trust yodel & have no complaints I will continue using this company in the future

For years was using this site to purchase gifts and other products had no problems. untill Hermes couldn't find my address in 2019. Contacted customer services and the woman I spoke to spoke to Hermes they had difficulty with my address I had given all information they needed. The women was brilliant and said if the package doesn't turn up in next two days she will refund me. Sadly cannot remember her name but luckly package turned up & in an email recieved money off next purchase however the service from feelunique was brilliant, I didn't want the hassle of having hermes deliver anymore parcels it was very stressful.
Fast forward to June this year & I discover they now use Yodal. Have ordered twice since & yodal has had no problem finding my address. Service was perfect I feel like I can go back to using the site like I use to =) 🖤
