Fraud

Fraud. Two old ladies do NOT make this jewelry. It is obviously made in China. Quality is "China junk".
Very disappointed.

No support - had to dispute the charges on my credit card.

What a terrible way to run a company.

I have used Brytesoft for YEARS…

I have used Brytesoft for YEARS successfully. However, I can no longer check out, even after approving the purchase on my phone's bank app.

Of course there is no way to contact the company to resolve this.

Very disappointed.

When there is a data breach and your…

When there is a data breach and your website is down, you do not want a slow typing "Happiness Engineer" that tells you there is nothing he can do. NO PHONE NUMBER. NOTHING but bills from my IT guy who, once again, saved the day. Oh, I forgot. They opened a "support ticket". Of course there's no response.

I've been dealing with web hosting…

I've been dealing with web hosting companies for 20 years and ChemiCloud is by far and away the best one ever. It just works and if it doesn't a real person with training and knowledge is there to fix it. I workd Teo today on a very complex issue and he solved it in under 20 minutes! My opinion is he deserves a raise! I'm glad a purchased the 3 year plan.

First, they move my site on a shared server on a THURSDAY and the migration screwed up my site. So after five days of trying to work with tech support, they decided to overwrite all my work with an old backup. No notice. No permission. Followed by a DOS attach. That's right - GreenGeeks had NO SECURITY ON THEIR HOSTING SERVERS.

Terrible company

Terrible onboarding process. After paying for this "service" for a year, we went another way on payroll and cancelled this service at support email on 1/3/23. Of course, they charged me again on 2/6/23. Of course, I had to spend $35 MORE for a stop payment from my bank for this sleezy company. Of course I called 800-936-0383 and spoke with Gwen. She couldn't find my account. The onboarding "process" was so bad the account was never activated. She couldn't transfer my call. All she could do was say she was "sorry". Well, what's really sorry is now I'm going to physically go to office in San Francisco and see if they can stop the transfers from my bank account for nothing. STAY FAR AWAY from this "company".

This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered the product and it worked OK until they tried to update it . Then it never worked again. I tried to work with them and I never got anywhere. I returned the device in November, 2021. Since accepting the return THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO BILL ME $19 EVERY MONTH FOR A "SUBSCRIPTION" FOR A DEVICE I RETURNED. AND EVERY MONTH I DISPUTE THIS CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. Save yourself this stupid, insane problem and don't buy this.

A very honorable company

A very honorable company. They have a phone number that a real human being actually answers! I had forgotten I signed up for a trial and called about a charge on my card. The charge was immediately recognized and credited back!! No drama. No being put on hold forever or at all. None of that. Just a credit. A very HONORABLE company!

I’m vision challenged and Zenni came through

I’m vision challenged. My Dr made a mistake on the prescription. I called with a day of receiving my glasses hoping I could reuse the frames and pay for the new lenses. Instead the representative offered me a replacement at no cost. I’m very happy with the resolution and will be comfortable ordering more glasses. Thanks.
