Made two orders. Tried contacting them via the email address, instagram and online form on their website - no reply to any of my multiple messages, as items had not even been dispatched several days after the delivery window I was given. Thankfully, but much later than acceptable, the orders have been dispatched. Still no reply to any of the messages sent. A lot of reviews with similar experiences of late dispatch and radio silence to any attempts to contact them, so advise other buyers to be wary.

Found Made by Sunday about a year ago and haven't looked back since. The mums right cleanser is the best I've ever used - really good for sensitive skin and gets skin wonderful clean without feeling dry. Must be on my 6th pot now and haven't been tempted by another brand, which is unusual for me! Would also highly recommend the super serum, stopped using it for a while and bumpy red roseacea came back, started using again and it's gone and skin is much calmer. Wonderful company with great customer service, and clean honest products which seem to do wonders.

Such a great idea, to have so many postnatal specialists all in one place, especially when you're in a sleep-deprived haze and don't want to scour the internet for hours. So glad that my employer signed up to this fantastic service and gave employees on maternity leave an allowance, which can be used across a whole range of specialists to help in those difficult days. All the staff there are also incredibly helpful and friendly, and always quick to reply if I have any questions.
