I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Carpenter Surveyors. I had a Level 3 survey done, and it was a frustrating process from start to finish. The surveyor arrived late, and the entire visit lasted less than an hour and a half.

Unfortunately, many significant structural and safety issues were overlooked. For instance, there was no support in the entire extension, and the loft conversion was not completed safely. These are serious concerns that should have been identified during the survey.

My list of complaints could go on, but the bottom line is that this has resulted in unexpected costs and stress for us. There were multiple issues that were clear and obvious, yet they were not mentioned in the survey report.

I would strongly advise against using Carpenter Surveyors for any surveys unless you’re prepared for unpleasant surprises when moving into your new home.

Remus recently took over our estate after fighting with persimmons for nearly two years get issues fixed Rohan took over and within a few weeks has started already to get some of these issues solved very efficiently and hopes to get the rest sorted soon =]

I ordered GoPro over 2 weeks ago still nothing I do believe they have issues with the third party in sending out any orders but this has been going on for three weeks now I even called them before I placed my order not once did anyone tell me there was issues. Missed the event now that I wanted it for !!
