We purchased a holiday home through them and they’ve been great, Andrew in particular who helped chase contacts, questions and get everything over the line. The Knightsbridge team have been reliable, helpful and patient. Our consultant, Ben H, kept us updated via regular phone calls and emails. KB acted as our brokers and are worth it as they can help facilitate as smooth a process as possible. If you're lucky, you'll get a great match for Buyer and Seller to make things better for everyone. Be prepared, this is not an experience to start lightly and takes a lot of emotional and mental energy - while carrying on your normal workload! Having a broker will help (IMHO) to take the edges off the process - and trust me - anything that will do that is a good thing! The solicitors we had helping us as part of the inclusive package (Shakespeare Martineau) we're also amazing. Having these calming, friendly and knowledgeable points of contact with advice and able to explain things in "plain speak" - totally worth it! Hope this helps someone else. If we were doing this in the future we'd absolutely use Knightsbridge (and Shakespeare Martineau) - but we are never, ever doing this again! :)

Whole process was awesome. They gave a very fair valuation, better than the others, and the process was smooth and quick. The agent (Kurt) was friendly and helpful. Offices were spacious, modern and clean and made the experience much more pleasant. Would use again.

Went to the store today to test out a Bowflex Max M8. Lots of sanitising product available in case you’re worried. Greeted really quickly by Zoe to ask if we needed help. Zoe was really knowledgable about the product and was friendly and great at her job. We’ve bought the item now and we’re really excited for delivery which was all arranged for next week so great and fast there too. We did get lost trying to find the place but that shopping complex is a maze :)

Great e-liquid, lots of different flavours and excellent price. Wish there was the Green Apple in 6mg PG though :) Shipping is always fast and reliable. Definitely recommend and easier than going to the shops to see if they've anything in stock.
