Key Nest is a great service. I used it while I was renting my flat out and while it was empty awaiting sale. It was great to have a place that spare keys could be stored and easily picked up by contractors needing to do work. Highly recommended.

I booked a flight to Malaysia on 17th January before we were really aware of Covid-19.
Malaysian Airlines did not offer a refund to customers for some time, however as soon as they did FlySharp got in touch with me to see if I wanted a credit note or a refund.
They kept trying until they got hold of me and refunded the whole amount with no admin charge. Highly recommend

I had a ring doorbell as a gift 2 years ago, the battery died shortly after the 1 year warranty was up. I called customer service and was told the was nothing they could do. Months later money was taken from my account to cover storing videos so I called and explained the situation again. This time I was offered a discount code on a new doorbell, but it didn't work, I've followed up 5 times, the first 2 someone responded to me but I am now just being completely ignored by ring. Don't buy!
